Help! In trying to edit a video file, the video becomes extremely laggy and we can't problem solve it. We are new to the software and feel really lost. PP is handling video from my Pixel phone just fine. It's the video from the Yi Action Camera that is not working. The file format is MP4, same as the Pixel, but for some reason this one is laggy. When we import the file, we get a yellow line on top of the time line. I've let it conform every single time, but it still doesn't help.
Any ideas? Do you need any other info to help us problem solve this? Thanks.

PLEASE HELP
Use proxies.
Your processor probably can't handle the video from the Yi.
More RAM wouldn't hurt, either.
