Unable to import Mp4 files ..... Dynamic Link Server Failed !

Have searched the web for a solution and still no luck

Operating on iMac running latest version of LR Classic CC, and when I try to add MP4 files .... continue to get the attached error message

Have deleted below files, no luck

Tried to Purge video cache, but after 2 days it appear to have not done anything

HELP PLEASE !

Nope ... no good as on an iMac you can not uninstall Quicktime

Any other suggestions

Have you tried resetting the Lightroom preference file as described in Method 1 in How to set Lightroom Classic CC preferences

exactly the same issue, no change !
