Preset troubleshooting

Hi !

With the update of Lightroom classic, I'm not able to use preset !!
Picture change during the roll over, then I click to select it, and at the roll-out picture turn back to previous state, as if I have never clicked on a preset.

History show no preset selection.

Should I go back to another version ?

Some initial troubleshooting steps:

1. Please copy here the first ten lines of the menu command Help > System Info. You may have tripped over a nasty upgrade bug.
