For as long as I've had Creative Cloud, I've never been able to get InDesign to launch. It pulls up the loading screen but will stop there and crash. I also have Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro downloaded and have never had this issue until I tried to open InDesign. I've tried everything the forums suggested before, and deleted and reinstalled Creative Cloud MULTIPLE times with nothing working. Help!!
There was a corrupt file, which an InDesign tech found and deleted.

indesign works perfectly in win 7 to win 10, well, most of the time. What is your config?
Did you try Indesign on a fresh user profile on your computer? I had multiple times that corrupted user profiles made strange things to the software.

I tried opening InDesign on a new user file on my computer, it did the same thing. As far as configuration goes, I have no clue how to determine that (it also doesn't help that instructions on how to find that are a bit confusing)

Photoshop will tell you your configuration. Look in Help->System info. Copy the data up to "Subscription type". After that come a few personal data, the do not need to be posted here.
