I'm having a lotof problems and I don't know how to fix it

Hi!

So, I'm doing a school project where I need to edit a short film and I payed to use the Adobre Premiere Pro. But, some time before, I downloaded the free version and I started deleting it manualy, but I just discovered that I couldn't do this after. I don't remember what I deleted, but I know it wasan't all the program. Know I'm trying to download the full version but it's not downloading and I don't know how to do it!! Someone please help me I'm desperate, I already payed and my project is for this week!!

Use the Adobe Cleaner Tool:

Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

and then reinstall.
