I have been told by Adobe that I have Lightroom Classic cc but everything I see suggests I may have Lightroom cc I went to the system under the help section and this is what I see

Just as it says, you have a product named Lightroom CC 2015, which is the predecessor to Lightroom Classic CC. You have version 2015.10. You do not have Lightroom Classic CC. You could upgrade to Lightroom Classic CC (it's free since you have the license to Lightroom CC 2015). The current version of Lightroom Classic CC is version 7.5.
You do not have Lightroom CC (which is a new product, confusingly named).

Adobe changed the name to make it more confusing for all of us .
You have Lightroom Classic CC -- the desktop app. Lightroom CC is the cloud app.
