Hello,
Yesterday I ordered the Photographer subscription with Lightroom CC, Lightroom Classic, and Photoshop with 20GB online storage. However, I received an email of the order being cancelled by Adobe.
As I am currently travelling without access to calling (data only SIM card), what other avenues are there to help me? The card I used is good and i’m a bit confused why the order was cancelled.
Your help is appreciated.

yes I am aware and tried the chat option to no avail. Just gives a number - which is of little use given my first post.
Any official help from Adobe here?? I mean, I want the product, jeez.

Some Adobe employees do show up in these forums. This is not an official Adobe customer support site you need to deal with Adobe customer support and sales. Not Adobe employees that support the running of the site.

To be clear, of course I can figure a way to call... I just want to try first and find a way without cost as international calling is expensive, speaking from experience. If all else fails, a call it will be, but surely Adobe support possessea the capacity to electronically assist (beyond live chat) those wanting to spend hundreds of dollars on Adobe product(s). Again, thanks to all who chimed in.

As I mentioned, that option is not available in my current destination. But perhaps later today when I move on to another country...
At any rate, I found an app that should allow me to call later today. Hurrah..
