Please try reinstalling the latest driver for your NVIDIA or AMD GPU, then restart the computer. This seems to have resolved most cases we have been seeing.

(just an additional question)

Thanks that solves the problem with premiere pro, but can premiere pro run at older versions of the drivers? Because the latest driver of AMD effs up my computer
