Can't Cursor Through Clip in Sequence

I was able to move through the clip frame by frame backwards or forwards using the arrow keys up until today. Now it just appears to be stuck on one frame and repeating the sound over.

I was doing this to cut out profanities in certain clips and was easily able to move through the entire clip using the left or right cursor and could listen to the audio frame by frame.

Any ideas?

Make sure Show Audio Time Units is not toggled on.

That was it. The time units weren't showing on today's sequence so I toggled them on. I just turned them off and now it works. But I need the time showing and on this sequence it wasn't. Time units are showing on other sequences and everything works 😕
