Add clips to an existing nest

So this is a pretty simple thing but I haven't been able to figure it out. Basically just as the title says I would like to make a nest, and then later be able to add more clips to the nest and expand it. Any way to do this? Thanks so much.

If you double click on the nest in the timeline it should re-open to the original timeline. You can then add clips to the original timeline. When you go back to the nested (or flattened) timeline you may have to trim out the nest.
