That's long-GOP media it would seem ... what's the frame-size/rate for it, and what camera/device created it?
Are you leaving the Program monitor set to full res (lower right corner) or dropping to 1/2 or 1/4?
Have you tried using the included Cineform proxy preset?

Hey Neil,
its no camera its from Twitch, i am a video editor for some streamer.
I edit twitch stuff for YouTube.
The most size is 1920x1080 @60 FPS with 8000kbit.
The only problem what i see is the long size, the most VOD´s are +6 hours.
The monitor settings 1/2 or 1/4 dosnt change anything.
Yea i used the included Cineform proxy.
i cant say what the problem is, i mean the hardware is really good for this what i do.

I think that media is probably at issue. Is it variable or constant frame rate?

variable frame rate, i know its really bad, but overall lags only because variable frame rate ?
Any idea to fix it ?
The problem i cant change variable or not, its Twitch Stuff that are always variable frame rate.
I must find how i can handle variable frame rate with premire.

The only thing I could suggest would be transcoding that with perhaps with Handbrake to CFR set at a specific number for FPS, and with compression set to near placebo.
With the length of your files that would take a while, maybe do it overnight.

Yes i know that will fix it, but its no option for me.
I must edit 10-12+ hours around every day thats rly strong for me to transcoding every day 10hours +.
But i guess thats the only Option and i cant fix it and must work with lags ?

If you can't get proxies to work better, and going to 1/2 or 1/4 resolution doesn't help ... yea, you're kind of stuck in a not great place.
