Moving video to Collections

I'm unable to move my video files in the library into Collections. I've tried dragging. I've tried right-clicking. My videos won't budge. What's up with that?

Drag them by grabbing the thumbnail, not the frame around it. Are you sure you aren't dragging them into smart collections?
