HI,

I have develped many photos in Lightroom CC and would like to continue working in Lightroom Classic without loosing any of my previous work.

How can I synchronize between the two programs.

Even more important: How can I then continue to have all the DNGs on my desktop even after I delete them in CC (in order to free up the limited cloud space).

I do not want to loose my photos altogether through sychronization.

Thank you

Just setup the Lightroom Classic catalog to sync. You do that by clicking on the small arrow behind the name plate in the upper left corner. Lightroom Classic will then download all the images from the cloud. In the Lightroom preferences you can define where these images will be stored.

The images will show in ‘All synced photographs’ in the upper left corner. If you remove them from that collection, they will be removed from the cloud, but not from Lightroom Classic.

Thanks a Million. This sounds easy enough and is exactly what I was desperately looking for.
