PLEASE HELP Exported Clip Glitches Premiere Pro

I exported my videos many times but the same glitches keep occurring in my videos and it wouldn't only happen to a certain clip it would happen to other clips too and it would keep changing as I export

Here are some of the glitches.

Please help asap if possible T_T thank youuuu

General:

video rendering and playback: Mercury Playback engine software only

video; display format: timecode

audio: display format: audio samples

capture: capture format: DV

In the mean time - if you are on a deadline and need to get your video exported, try exporting as an Intraframe codec/format such as Cineform or DNX. Then use this intermediate file to encode your H.264.

You might try 1 pass VBR instead of CBR. Does that work for you?
