Hello,

I have recently purchased the Adobe pack, mainly for Adobe Classic CC. However, the application stops responding shortly after starting editing a photo, without saving anyting. I have not been able to find a solution within the previous threads on similar matters.

I use a Lenovo P51 with the following specs:

OS: Windows 10 Pro

Processor: Intel Xeon (3.10GHz, 3096 Mhz, 4 Cores, 8 Logical Processors)

RAM: 64.0GB

I do not understand why the app isn't running on my computer. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

Hi tubith,

We're really sorry for all the trouble. Could you please let us know exactly, on what step Lightroom is crashing?

Could you please share the crash logs from the Windows event viewer? To know more about finding crash logs, please refer: Photoshop Elements Editor Help | How to Find Crash Logs on Windows

Mohit

Hi Mohit,

Thanks for your message. It seems the issue is common with other programs of the Adobe pack. Photoshop also crashes as soon as I create a document. Lightroom typically stips responding 15 seconds after opening a photo.

Best,

Thibault

Thanks for the information. Please turn off the GPU from the Lightroom preferences and check if that helps.

Go to Lightroom > Preferences > Performance > Uncheck GPU > Restart Lightroom.

Also, please let us know the exact version of Photoshop you are using now?

Thanks,

Mohit
