I want strict code-structure when i apply source formatting. Where can i find that?

I have tried every possible setting without any luck. I'm still a beginner when it comes to web-development, so it's still a lot to learn

The only way to apply strict code-structure is to learn the basics of HTML and CSS. A good starting point is

Wappler, the only real Dreamweaver alternative.

To change how Apply Source Formatting works, you would need to edit individual tags in the Tag Library. ASF uses the settings there to apply indentation and line breaks. The Tag Library is part of the Tools menu in the latest version of DW...
