Agregar tamaño de papel en imprimir folleto (InDesign)

¿Qué tal? Tengo un problemita con InDesign CC 2015. Realicé una revista en A4 cada página, por lo que el pliego es una A3 exacta, y al poner la opción imprimir folleto tengo que configurar que el papel donde se imprima sea un poco más grande que una A3 por el sangrado y los márgenes de impresión. Aclaro que mi idea es guardarlo en un PDF para mandarlo a la imprenta.

En Microsoft Print to PDF no existe ningún valor mayor a una A3, ni tampoco me deja configurar alguno. Quería saber cómo puedo hacer.

If you've set your A4 magazine up correctly with facing pages in InDesign (check that the Preflight indicates OK), use the InDesign PDF presets to create your PDF and, unless you've been given a spec by your printer, select PDF/X-4, select single pages (not Spreads), and under the Marks and Bleeds tab, tick Crop Marks and tick Use Document Bleed Settings. The printer will do the imposition.
