Acrobat crashes

I cannot view this document:

Adobe Acrobat Pro DC immediately shows a modal window and hangs. I have to Force Quit after the application becomes unresponsive.

Other applications have no problem with this PDF file (Firefox, Chrome, Preview.app, PDFExpert).

Sorry, but access to the PDF file requires login. It is behind a “pay wall” and we can't access the PDF file.
