Having trouble trying to insert sub clips from the source panel when clips selected from the DJI Mavic Pro 2, can insert sub clips into the timeline from the Osmo X3 without any problems. The screen shot shows the same settings on the left is the Mavic Pro 2 and the right is the Osmo X3.

For insert or overwrite from the Source panel, you need a Source Target for a video track.

See the leftmost blue block in A1? That's a source monitor target identified for audio. You need to click the corresponding block of charcoal above that for the video probably V1. When you have a blue block in the left side track header area for both video and audio you get both.
