Recently the 'zoom box' went away. I used to have the ability to 'set' the zoom to whatever number I wanted by clicking on the up or down arrows and I would see the zoom level in the 'zoom box'. However, I do not see that tool selection anywhere. It is not a dynamic or marquee zoom and quite frankly I prefer the 'zoom box' over these tools. Does anyone know how to get this tool back? Thank you.
Thanks for quick response. I tried that and it works. You have to move the mouse down to the foot of the window, to cause the zoom tools to appear, and then click the righthand icon which is tooltipped as "Move page controls into toolbar". You then get a magnifier icon with a plus sign in it in the top tool bar. If you click on this it expands to also give you a minus sign (and various other options).

Also, the zoom + or - icons have gone. Without these Acrobat is absolutely useless to me.

Peter,
Yes, I was incorrect that instead of up/down arrows it is the + & - icons and then next to them was the box that showed the zoom level. Frustrating!

Hmm. You can click this icon to show those controls, at the bottom of the screen. I think I must have done something, in an earlier version of Acrobat, to get those controls into the toolbar at the top. But I can't find what it was now. The recent update destroyed my customisation, so I've had to create it again. I don't seem to be able to add those particular tools using the right-click on tool bar, Customise Quick Tools. Perhaps it ws possible earlier.

Close yet is there a way to get the + - and zoom level box in the quick access instead of the pull down? Picky, I know yet it was there before and y'all took it away! 😞

Hi briannes33,
Sorry for the delay in response.
As per the issue description mentioned above, you are not getting zoom in/zoom out buttons in the top toolbar in Acrobat DC, is that correct?
Could you let us know dot version of Acrobat and the operating system installed on the machine? You may refer to the steps given in this link on how to check the version in Acrobat: Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC
Would it be possible to share the screenshot of the issue with us? To share the screenshot here in the forums, refer to the steps given in this link: https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7043#jive_content_id_How_do_I_attach_a_screenshot
Below is a screenshot of the zoom in/zoom out function in the top toolbar in Acrobat version 2019.008.20081
Let us know if you need any help.
