Premiere Pro CC Not Opening

I am unable to open Premier Pro CC. It opens the splash/start screen and won't go past that. I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling it. It worked that one time, and now it's back to not opening. I'm experiencing this on my work computer which is a windows computer and on my personal computer which is a MacBook Pro. HELP!
