RH 2019 | When output is required in multiple languages | Best practice

Hello Everyone,

In reading through forums I have found best practice when output is required in a  variety of languages is to create a separate RH project for each language in its own directory. Re: Bilingual help application

The post is quite old, 2007. Does this recommendation still hold for RoboHelp 2019 or does it make more sense to use conditional attributes?

Topic was mentioned in RH 2019 webinar, but too briefly.
