Webflow now has integrated CSS grid in a very intuitive way.

One thing I would like to point out to everyone though, is flexbox and grid are not mutually exclusive. If anyone is thinking of using them then they should remember that combining the use of both flexbox and grid gives much greater scope in layouts, and with a little thought doing so allows the layout to fall back to a pure flexbox layout if necessary. That means that it is possible to provide a layout that also works on iOS2, Android 2.4, IE10, and all other browser versions since 2009 to the present day.
