Hi all,

This is the message I'm getting when trying to open Lightroom 5 (which I have for about 2 years). "Lightroom encountered an error when reading from it's previous cache and needs to quit.  Lightroom will attempt to fix this problem the next time it launches"  However, nothing has happened and I can't access Lightroom.  I even uninstalled it and installed it again but nothing changed.  Help! Please!  Mary

In your operating system, go to the folder that contains your catalog file (name ends with .LRCAT) and then delete the folder whose name ends with Previews.LRDATA. Do not delete anything else.
