Generate Live Image Caption with exact time of creation

Hello everybody,

several users pointed to this forum so I hope somebody can help me.

I'm looking for a way to create Live Image Captions for images containing the exact time of creation, as shown in the image below:

The information's embedded in the metadata but unfortunately, I could only find an option to generate a live caption with the creation date.

I'm using Indesign CC 2017. Is there maybe a script that can do this? Any insight would be highly appreciated!

You can try out one of my plugins GitHub - Manan-Joshi/TruLive-Caption: Live caption for Images in Indesign

Its available for CC2017 and CC2015 MAC, see if it helps you. In case the desired field is not in the XMP fields i provide to use for caption i can add it.
