Hi,
My lightroom classic cc has been acting up lately. Today it will not open- the application just keeps bouncing up and down on my Mac's login dock. There is a big question mark on the Lightroom application as well. I updated the app, and my payments are up to date. Please help me!

Sorry that Lightroom Classic CC is not opening on your computer. As you've mentioned that there is a question mark on the Lightroom icon on your Dock, it seems that either the dock icon is not linked to the correct Lightroom application or the Lightroom install is corrupt.
Try opening Lightroom Classic CC from the Applications list and if that still doesn't work then reinstall the application from the Creative Cloud desktop app.

I think it's something with you adobe I am paying every month barely use Lightroom and one I want to use it I can't I think you need to do something about this

You've opened a thread that's over 4 years old and haven't provided any information on your specific issue. Nevertheless, I'm guessing that you may be experiencing the same issue as described in below linked thread. Please check whether the solution provided in the pinned post near top of the thread helps.
If it doesn't, then please create a new thread and provide details of what is actually happening on your system along with a copy of your System Info, which can be found under the LrC Help menu.
