Hi,
I have a graphic element that is used throughout my 170 page document. I have been using guides to place this element in exactly the same position on each page. However, the guides only apply to whatever page I am working on. Is there a way to set guides that will appear in the same place on all pages of my document so I don't have place guides 170 times?
Thanks in advance for any suggestion.
Marcel
Masters can be based on other masters. If you have it set up with one Master with those guides, say the “GDE-Guide Master”, then the other masters can be based on that and yet otherwise be unique.

Yes! That is what master pages are for.

Thanks for the reply.
I knew that was an option. But as I have 6-7 master pages in my document, I thought there might be yet a more efficient way.
But thanks.
