Project Gone after updating!

I updated my Premiere Pro and when I went to open the current project I'm doing it told me I needed to convert it and that the original file would not be altered. Well, after it converted it by sequence is gone. There is no more timeline. Someone please help. It won't let me even open my previous saved project.

Find your sequence in the Project Panel and double click on it to open it.
