Hola, estoy usando adobe indesign CC y de forma inesperada con cualquier archivo se bloquea, luego que se reinicia la aplicacion puedo continuar pero al rato el error se repite, estoy usando una pc con windows 8.1
Mensaje de error: La aplicacion "Adobe InDesign (64bit)" se ha bloqueado.
Hi, reinstall ID cc, and it fail again, after that i clear the pc and delete:
• InDesign Preference:
Windows: C:\Users\<USER>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\InDesign\<Version #>\<Language>\
• InDesign Cache:
Windows: C:\Users\<USER>\AppData\Local\Adobe\InDesign\<Version #>\<Language>\Caches\
And it works.

If you're talking about using InDesign CC 2019 with Windows 8.1 then please see OS support for CC 2019 apps . Apparently, CC 2019 is not supported for Windows 8.1 (although Windows 7 with Service Pack 1 is still supported). This is most likely the source of your problem.

Bill, the OP can not possibly be using CC2019. It won't even install on 8.1.

Bad link, but you might try resetting your preferences:
Troubleshooting 101: Replace, or "trash" your InDesign preferences [2009 Outdated & Locked]

I uninstall and clean the pc, and the crash persist.
