HI Adobe and all professional Premiere Pro user,

I am a new user for Premiere Pro CC. My XVAC-S UHD (3840x2160) footage from Sony X3000 Cam after imported to Premiere Pro CC keep showing distorted and greenish screen. I am new to the platform, need urgent advice in solving this. Below is my screenshot for the problem.

Thanks,

James

I have the same problem with XAVC 4K shot with Sony A7 RII. The problem occured after the latest upgrade to v 13.0 (Build 255).

Hi Janb,

I think you could click to the link from Ann Ben and go try to download Intel driver 24.20.100.6194

it solve my problems now.

Good luck!

Usually updating the graphic card drivers to the latest version solves this issue.
