Hi

I update to to latest version of Premiere Pro CC 2019,

Hp elitebook  Intel (R) Core(TM) i7-7500U CPU @ 2.70Ghz 2.90Ghz   16GB RAM, 64-Bit operating system,X64-based processor, Windows 10pro

7days ago Premiere pro it worked. 2 days ago when i import a video for edit ing , it does not show on source panel or program panel. There is audio, but no visual .

Im using Mercury playback Engine GPU Acceleration (OpenCL), there's also Mercury palyback engine software only. I've tried both , still no visual just audio

Please help
