GIF missing frames when opened in PS 20

I have a GIF I'm using for an animation. It has 375 layers. I'm not sure where it was created.

When I open it in PS 19.1.6 I see all 375.

When I open it in PS 20.0.0 I see only 119. This happens opening the original and also if I save the original out as a new file using Save for Web.

Does this sound like a bug, or is there a setting somewhere that I might need to toggle to get all of the frames to open?

Thank you for posting the PNG.  Yes it open with 375 layers and frames in CS6, CC 2014, CC 2018 but in CC 2019 only 119 Layers and frames,  You should report this bug on Adobe Feedback Site under Problem Photoshop Family Customer Community .

ETA: An example gif with which I can reproduce the issue is attached. (375 frames of white, it's a bit boring, sorry).

ETA2: Confirmed that downloading the attached image reproduces the issue.

I have not included the original GIF because it's protected by an NDA.

I have detailed what I was doing as well as the adobe product and version number.

There is no error message.

Just wanted to let it be known that this is a problem for me too.

Opened a GIF with 160 frames in Photoshop 2019. It only showed 4 layers...

Opened it in 2018, where it loads all the frames.

Ditched 2019. Full of bugs.

Get it right, Adobe!
