spots on my video

How can I fix this? I need help. I never use premiere pro before. This is for the school newscast. I went to do a story about a DogFest and all the videos came up good, except for my standup. I'm very frustrated. I spent hours trying to follow some youtube videos and nothing is working.

You cannot fix this as this is your cameralens.

Next time use a suncap and make sure the lens is clean.
