Hi
My Lightroom Classic is updated, but it still not recognizing my RAW XT3 files. Furthermore, I can't locate any of the Fujifilm simulations in Profiles.
Thanks!

I did that, but it installed 7.5 instead of 8.
And I've just realized why: your operating system is not supported by Lightroom Classic CC version 8.0.

You're running 1607 so you cannot install version 8 on your system.

The X-T3 was first supported in Lightroom Classic CC 8.0.

My Creative Cloud says it's updated. Is 8.0 on iOS only?

You probably need an update to your Creative Cloud Desktop application. It is giving you false info.

Be aware, when you do get the update LL Classic, you will not be happy. LR , ACR, and the DNG converter, are all fouling X-T3 image up upon applying any WB other than "as shot". Adobe is aware of this.

I read that... I really like LR, I'd hate to have to switch to C1

How does one do that? The Update function within the application and on Creative Cloud both say that my program is updated. Any idea if Windows (which I use) is different from iOS?

Try Available updates not listed for Adobe Creative Cloud applications
FYI iOS is the Apple mobile operating system for iPhones and iPads.
macOS is the desktop operating system (the Apple version of Windows)

Try using the CC app to sign out, then sign in again.
If that doesn't work, uninstall it using your OS and reinstall from Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps | Free Adobe Creative Cloud trial

Failed as well. Uninstalled. installed. Still showing up as 7.5 and doesn't recognize XT3 RAW files. Anyone here from Adobe?
Any users who moved/moving/studied Capture 1?

From the CC Application, remove LR Classic 7.5, then install 8.0.

Have you actually uninstalled the CC App, then downloaded and reinstalled it?
I assume you've restarted the computer at some point in the past few days.

Went to see if I could import raw x-t3 photos on an iPad mini 4 running iOS 12, but the iPad doesn’t recognize the raw photos nor shows a preview, but it does import them. Opened Lightroom cc for ipad, import and got the unable to open error. Lightroom CC iPad is up to date and the specs all say ACR 11. Here is the bug, work around, push the “i“ info button when trying to import/open in Lightroom CC for iPad, for what ever reason it will open the photos. I confirmed this on five raw images. You have to click the i for each photo but it works.
