Distortion at Nadir and Zenith of Panorama

Hi All,

I took a 360 spherical panorama with my drone. The Lightroom stitch looks amazing except for at the nadir (and zenith) where there is distortion, as shown in this image, when the panorama is put into a 3D workspace so that it can be rotated.  Can anyone tell me what's going on?  It looks like the very bottom part got cropped out or was not auto-completed, but I hat the crop option of and it didn't ask me if I wanted to auto-complete.
