Backup After The Fact

I have Lightroom Classic CC set to backup photos as they are imported. With the features of DropBox and OneDrive (and probably other cloud services), I can designate the back up folder in the cloud. Upload is relatively slow because of available internet services where I live. Therefore, I would like to import my shoot into Lightroom without automatic backup, reject the bad photos, delete them, and THEN perform a backup. Does Lightroom Classic CC have the ability to backup after the fact (of import)? Or do I have to manually backup outside Lightroom?

After the import, backups are made either manually, or (ideally) on an automated basis via some 3rd party software. Lightroom cannot make backups after import.
