My computer had to be repaired, I need to reacquire Lightroom & install it

About one year ago, I purchased Lightroom.  Now, one month ago, my HP-computer had to be sent to HP for repairs under warranty.  HP reinstalled Windows 10, and now I have to reinstall all of my programs.  I can not locate information about my earlier purchase of Lightroom.   Can someone at ADOBE help me with this?   Thank you.  Sam  (Calgary, Alberta, Canada)

How did you purchase Lightroom? As a standalone or subscription based CC?

With CC, you just download CC desktop app, install Lightroom, and log in. With standalone you'll need your license key.
