All videoclips looks terrible in Premier Pro

I just got myself a new computer, but have a huge issue in Premiere Pro. All my videos looks like this:

I don't understand why. Can someone please help me?

Currently working on my old computer, where everything is fine (also after the last update).

Hi annam67234852 This looks like you need to update your graphics card driver. Mac or PC? What Renderer is set in Premiere Project Settings?

not so fast . You should update your Graphics Card driver instead of just going to Software Only. If you need help with that, please let me know what options you see under Renderer.
