Changing plan from Lightroom CC plan to Photography plan

Hello,

I very recently purchased the Lightroom CC plan with 1TB storage, however it appears that I am not getting the same/as many options in the software as if I "upgraded" to Lightroom Classic.  Adobe seems to make it easy to switch plans in their account options, however I am not seeing the Photography plan as an option if I go to "change plan" in my "manage plan" area of my account.  Should I just cancel Lightroom CC and buy the yearly Photography plan membership?  Also, since I still have ~3 weeks of Lightroom CC, will I still be able to use it until my account expires after that time?

Thanks!
