PSE 2019 trial version does not download

I tried to download PSE 2019 trial version using Firefox and Safari browsers.

I have today PSE14 which is not working properly in OS X Mojave, previous OS version was ok.

Download proceeds to 4% and then stops. Error code: 1

Later I got the message on screen to update adobe installatioan manager. After done that,PSE 2019 trial downloaded properly.
