I have imported some MP4s from my phone into Premiere Pro. The images play fine in other applicatons, but they look like this in Premiere:
The computer is a new Dell Laptop with a NVDIAGeForce GTX 1050 display adapter.
I have tried re-importing directly from the phone rather than through Dropbox, but results are still the same.
Have you tried updating your CUDA and Intel drivers?

1. What version of PP are you running?
2. Plz share a pic of the video format
3. Have you installed the latest Nvidia Web and CUDA drivers?
4. Does the video play back normally in another application e.g VLC / Windows Media Player
5. Are u on Windows or Mac OS. If so which version?

The message is clear: you need to update your OS first.

It's fixed now...I updated the Intel drivers and now it works fine. Thank you all for bailing me out so quickly!

Yeah, it was quite a shock when I saw that display on a brand new computer! I REALLY appreciate everyone's help; I could have been driving myself nuts for hours!
