I'm working on 4 different projects. All were working perfectly fine yesterday after I updated. Suddenly all of my projects are not working. I get the A low-level exception occurred in: Adobe Scopes (Transmit::CreateInstance) error. I also get a white screen when I open certain projects. I've tried every troubleshooting technique I know and it's still giving me problems. Please help!

OK after some additional research I came across this solution

A low-level exception occurred in: Adobe Scopes (Transmit::CreateInstance)

Resetting preferences solved my issue 🙂 (hold down "option" when launching Premiere app)

Same as above, updated Illustrator and Mojave last night, Illustrator quits for no apparent reason, even prompting Mojave's new force quit dialog box when I'm not using the program. Very problematic for those using it for work.

Hello,

Same problem here since a few days after updating.

I have:

Screenshot 2018-11-07 at 16.27.58.png

and Premiere Pro CC 2019 (13.0.1) and crashes (can't quit, etc)

with error message "Low Level exception occurred in: Adobe Scopes"

I have to use Premiere 2015 instead ... latest version worked fine before update. Apparently it could be a sudden incompatibility with GPU ?

Hi, if that does not work, I got also this manual workaround of this problem from Adobe Support:

1:- Go to desktop>> click on go>> go to folders>>~/library>>click on go>>application support>>adobe>>premiere pro>> rename premiere pro folder to premiere pro.old

2:- Documents>>adobe>>premiere pro>> rename premiere pro folder to premiere pro.old

Please follow the steps, after close the application.

And then re launch the application again it will work fine.
