I'm experiencing this problem too. I usually render a 3min video under 5 minutes.

In cc 2019 It takes 1 1/2 hour.

The driver version i'm running: 398.72

I'm now going to install: 416.16

Will be back with feedback Kevin-Monahan

I'm now rendering as I speak and I don't see any improvement. I'm installing the latest CUDA and try and render with CUDA graphics acceleration to see if that makes any difference. Will be back with the result.

A 3min 4k project (same project) takes now 10 minutes. Rendering with CUDA graphics acceleration.

Thanks for the updates and additional info.

Driver updates continue to resolve performance issues for most reports on this thread.

There are still some other issues that we are investigating.

Wes et al,

This afternoon, I received a call from my Adobe "Senior CSR".  They were able to reproduce my problem.  They have kicked it up to engineering to provide an option to select which GPU to use first in the Project settings.

I'm using 416.30 for NVIDIA Drivers. I have a Quadro K2200.

I'm on WIN 10 17134,345

This combination works perfectly for me.

Thanks,
Kevin
