CC vs Classic Confusion

I have been subscribing to the photographer program with PS and LR since the beginning and everything has been fine.  Now with the release of CC and the confusing rebranding of my previous version of LR to Classic, I seem to have a mess on my hands.  I have tried to find a support link where in can actually contact a human, but no luck.  I had to move my image files to a new drive and now i need re-link the image files to LR. I have too many questions to ask them hear.  Is there somewhere I can get real help? I am willing to pay for support, I just want to get this straightened out.
