Hi, so I've just spent the day shooting a promo video and I've now come home to edit it...
I've downloaded premiere pro and the media encoder and every single time i open it up, BOOM, you've crashed.
As its a fresh install, its up to date.
I've updated my graphics card, updated windows, restarted, uninstalled premiere pro, reinstalled it, nothing. I've tried the 2017 version. Still crashes...
I installed premiere rush, this crashed too..
My laptop is 4 months old, it was a custom build by pc specialist, see specs below.
I'm this close [ ] to selling the thing and buying a Mac. But would prefer not too, does anyone have a solution?
