Ho dovuto riformattare il disco rigido. Ho reinstallato tutti i programmi, anche Adobe Design and Web premium CS6. Da allora non mi è possibile di aprire Acrobat X Pro. Uso Windows 10.

Ma perché non si apre più e prima della formatazione ha funzionato benissimo?

Vi ringrazio anticipatamente per una risposta

Barbara

Hi Barbara,

As mentioned above, Acrobat X is incompatible with Windows 10, problems with it are to be expected. You may visit the following help document for the same: Older versions of Acrobat (XI, X, 9) system requirements

You may try running Acrobat in compatibility mode for windows 7 using the steps mentioned above which worked in some cases.

Let us know if you need any help.

Hi Shiwam

No, it's not correct. Bevore I had to add a new hard disc, I used the same Windows 10 version, how I use now and Acrobat was working very well. All other Adobe CS6 programs are working good.

Thank you for replay
