I need to move the 4mp video by three or 4 frames

Hello,

I need to get the video in sync with the audio. There must be a better way than trial and error. Can someone give me a clue?

Are you not seeing the out-of-sync indicators?

Slip the audio or video until they disappear.

If the audio and video are separate, ie. recorded separately and put together then you may need to do it by eye.

Or select your audio and video clips and go to Clip>Synchronise.
