I am comparing two documents in Adobe Acrobat DC. They were created in MS Word with headers and footers and saved in pdf format. When I compare the doc's in DC, it correctly reports the changes in the main document body, but does not report the changes in the header and footer, even though the changes are clearly visible in the comparison report.

Hi davidn,

As per the issue description mentioned above, Acrobat doesn't highlight the complete changes when comparing the pdfs in Acrobat DC, is that correct?

Would it be possible to share the pdf files you are working with to replicate the issue at our end? To share the file here in the forums, refer to the steps given in this link: How to share a file using Adobe Document Cloud

You may also share the link for the pdf via private message - How Do I Send Private Message

Also, the version of Acrobat DC you are using: Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

How you converted word documents to pdf? Using Acrobat tab in Word?

Let us know if you need any help.
