I was trying to shoot tethered via Lightroom, all I got was no camera connected, the driver is installed for my Nikon D7200, and according to windows 10 it is running correctly. I have checked if my antivirus is causing problems, it is not. Christmas is coming up fast and I need to make sure everything is working for a Santa and kids session I already have scheduled, starting the Monday after Thanksgiving, any help that anyone can offer will be very much appreciated.
I figured it out, the driver was not working, like it was supposed to

See this page for some notes and details on Nikons.
A list of cameras that can be tethered to Lightroom Classic CC and Lightroom 6
You need LR 6.4 or greater for the D7200 support. Which version do you have?

Not a Nikon holder, so I do not know your cameras settings, etc.
This is probably an issue with a setting you need to change in your cameras menus. You may want to join a Nikon Forum and ask at that site (nope, I have none).
Probably something to do with connecting via USB.
It is possible, that you need to change a setting when you tether, as opposed to just want to transfer files, as opposed to want to connect to a printer.

This is one of the many reasons a card reader is heavily recommended.
