Acrobat Pro DC 2019 application completely disappearing

Having an issue where the Acrobat DC 2019 application completely disappears each day after starting up in the morning. I'm running a Late 2015 Retina 5K iMac with OS High Sierra 10.13.6.

Reinstalling Acrobat DC works until the iMac is shut down and restarted. I've tried running the update patch to version 19.008.20080, but this did not solve the issue.

I'm on a corporate enterprise account for Adobe CC, and other users are experiencing the same issue with Acrobat 2019.

Is there a way to re-install Acrobat 2018?

Hi Shivam,
It looks we have resolved the issue.

Our solution was to:
1- Re-install Acrobat Pro DC after reboot
2- Run the Acrobat Uninstaller
3- Re-install Acrobat Pro DC one more time

After doing this procedure Acrobat Pro DC has been stable.

Hi bretd,

As per the issue description mentioned above, Acrobat Pro DC is disappearing on your Mac machine upon reboot, is that correct?

Could you try following troubleshooting steps:

1- Please run this cleaner tool to uninstall Acrobat: Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

2- Reboot the machine

3- Download and install Acrobat from here: Download Acrobat DC installer for Enterprise term or VIP license

4- Reboot the machine again and check.

Let us know if you need any help.
